Fall Fashion & Art

Happy Friday!

Still in the spirits of celebrating my birthday, this past Saturday my friend took me out brunching and Gallery hopping. Food was delicious and the art was amazing. And of course on Sunday, it was all about the Emmy Awards plus looking at who was wearing what.

The Galleries we went to were: The Milk Gallery, that was showcasing Trevor "Trouble" Andrew exhibition: "The Real Buy" (GucciGhost project); and Galerie Lelong & Co with Lin Tianmiao "Protruding Patterns". Both very different but very interesting. I really recommend to go see them.

Spring Florals

IMG_0232.JPG

Hi!

We all know Spring is about flowers and so is this year Spring trend.

From denim, to leather, with gingham, you will see bold floral prints in everything. And this trend  will also stay with us during Summer. I understand that not everyone is a fan of it, but there are ways for you to wear it without feeling like your are wearing a bouquet.

You can start with a pair of shoes, bag or a jacket to easily incorporate the floral trend in your everyday clothes. Another tip is to wear it with solid colors or denim. Personally, as always, I like to have fun with trends but in this occasion I decided to show it in a more simple way.

As always, I will let you know where I got my outfit from and i hope you like and leave your comments.

Sparkle through the Holidays

dsc_0680.jpg

Hi! As promised, here is my second blog about holiday's outfit. And nothing says holiday better than an oufit with sequin.

Sequins are always in during the holidays, it is just a fact of what color to chose. I always have a thing for champagne, but burgundy and blue are  in my opinion THE COLORS for this year. So if you don't have a sequin item I suggest you to get it in those colors and if it has some velvet texture in it even better 😆.

The predominant colors are black, gold, silver and champagne for sequin dresses, tops, skirts and pants. But most of the brand have done some pieces in blue and burgundy this year. I, personally, haven't seen that many green Like last year that it was everywhere.

I decided to wear a champagne sequin pants with a leather jacket to give it an edgier look and with lace black pimps. I know! 😝

Hope you like it and that it inspires you to wear something similar for this holiday.
